Troubleshooting charging Dock issues
Swap Headsets
If there are still issues, try swapping around a couple of Headsets. This will help you find out if the problem is with the Headset, the charging Dock or the specific charging slot on the Dock.
Charging Dock power
Check that the charging Dock is plugged in and switched on. Check the power cable and mains socket. If the charging Dock also has a Hub connected, the Hub status LED should be lit as well.
IMPORTANT: Please only use the VoCoVo cable and power supply provided with your VoCoVo Link. Other power supplies may not provide the correct voltage or amperage and could damage your VoCoVo Link.
Headset charging
If a Headset has not been correctly inserted into the charging Dock, the Headset won’t charge.
Check the status LED on the Headset. It should be either green or red when charging. If the LED is blue or not lit, remove and reseat the Headset in the Dock.
