Troubleshooting Hub issues

This guide explains how to diagnose and solve issues with the VoCoVo Link Hub. Powered by DECT technology, the Hub connects all the devices in your VoCoVo Link system. If it’s not working properly, colleagues won’t be able to communicate through their Headsets.

1

Reboot

To reboot your VoCoVo Link, switch the power off, wait for 10 seconds and then switch it on again. Allow up to 3 minutes for the Hub LED to become solid green.

If the Hub LED doesn’t turn solid green, contact your Reseller through the VoCoVo Link App.

2

Check power

When powered on, the status LED at the front of the Hub will be lit. If it is not lit, check the cables and power socket connected to the Hub and/or charging Dock.

In a typical setup, the Hub is powered by a short cable connected to the charging Dock. The Dock itself is connected to the power supply via a USB-C power cable.

IMPORTANT: Please only use the VoCoVo cable and power supply provided with your VoCoVo Link. Other power supplies may not provide the correct voltage or amperage and could damage your VoCoVo Link.

3

Check Hub LED

Check that the Hub LED is solid green. If the LED is blinking orange or blinking green, your Hub is still starting up. This can take up to 3 minutes.

Solid green
Normal operation, no errors

Blinking green / orange
VoCoVo Link is starting up. Wait until the LED turns solid green.

Blinking red
Hub error condition

If the Hub LED is solid green, your VoCoVo Link is plugged in and working correctly. If you are still having problems, try troubleshooting your Headsets.
